Vacancy Project Manager Up The Game

Main task
You organise and control all aspects of the organization and make sure we have a top conference that is growing bigger and better every year. In order to do this you have an eye for
details and see things from a visitors point of view.


– You handle your daily mail.
– You make a scenario of the total conference.
– You direct the program- and PR-associate.
– You council and deliberate other disciplines (marketing, HR, safety etcetera).
– You manage intern and extern stakeholders and are available as central contactperson.
– You scout the location, negotiate the price and details and contract this.
– You organize all aspects of a fit location and ensemblement.
– You control the communication mediums like mailbox, phone etc.
– You make a budget summary of the entire conference and have this approved by the board.
– You control and maintain the budgets.
– You know your audience and its interests.
– You make sponsordeals.
– You consider the customer journey (both online as during the event) and make sure it’s perfect.
– You maintain contact with exhibitioners.
– You guide different processes in preparation of the conference and watch over their progress.
– You guide all processes during the conference.
– You look after the commercial goals and make sure they are reached.
– You report monthly to the board of Real Life Gaming in a meeting.

Background candidate
– Educated and experienced in the event-sector.
– Passion for the event- and real-life-gaming-sector
– Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.

Our office is located in Bunnik, Kosterijland 10. (right beneath Utrecht).
